CRM Manager

Scope of position:
  • Reports to Direct Head of Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute customer segmentation strategies
  • Create, build, and manage automated marketing campaign funnels
  • Build and manage marketing bonuses and incentives
  • Build reports to provide insightful feedback to the marketing team and improve the ROI of campaign automations
  • Design and build A/B tests to improve campaign performance
  • Manage the OptiMove account relationships
  • Work closely with the creative/studio team to deliver exciting campaign content
  • Plan and create campaign funnel incentives
  • Manage and monitor communication channels such as Email and Mobile Service Providers, as well Out-Bound Tele-Sales
Key Relationships:
  • Internal / External Marketing Team, OptiMove
Requirements:
  • Min. 2 years of experience working in a igaming CRM role – a must
  • Min. 2 years of experience working actively with OptiMove – a must
  • Excellent English (spoken and written) – a must
  • Experience analysing large data sheet in Microsoft Excel or Google sheets– a must
  • Experience working with SQL / mySQL – Advantage
  • Experience with BI tools like DataBricks – Advantage
  • High motivation and exceptional work ethic
  • Agile, ambitious and a super- multitasker
